I appreciate how fast they get to work on me, but one of the things that was missing this visit was the dental assistant who explained what’s going on before it happens. I was surprised that I was going to be numbed and also that I was going to do three impressions. I found out about each one of these things after they told me to open my mouth and started working on me. Just give a heads up, that’s all you need to do.

All of the staff are so kind and supportive and empathetic, knowing that many of us are scared, nervous and anxious about going to the dentist. I am getting dentures so I was really anxuios about getting all of my top teeth removed all at once. While they don't use gas to sedate you, they allowed me to use my earphones and listen to my music. No complaints from me that would result in a deal breaker. Again, I can't speak highly enough of all of the staff. I've been coming here for about 4 years now and don't plan on leaving.
